Green Constitution in the face of the Ecological Crisis
We are in a global ecological crisis. The ecosystem of the earth is collapsing. Scientific works and the changes taking place in the environment reveal that this crisis is no longer deniable. The inadequacy of the measures taken through international law necessitates further measures at the national level. If given a constitutional basis, these measures may legally become quite effective and peremptory. In fact, "greening" the constitution is the most effective of the available means to start dealing with the ecological crisis.
