The Istanbul Political Research Institute (IstanPol) organized the first edition of IstanPol Insight Exchange series with a focus the Developments in Syria and Turkey-Syria Relations on March 6, 2025. The discussion focused on recent developments in Syria and their impact on Turkey-Syria relations. Journalists Italo Rondinella and Andrea Lazzaroni shared first-hand observations from their recent field visit to Aleppo with the participants.

The event was held as part of IstanPol Insight Exchange, an internal discussion series that brings together a select group of experts to conduct in-depth analyses of current domestic and international political issues and to develop strategic dialogue and policy-oriented insights.
